I would like to start this entry off by saying that I had this entry all typed yesterday. I was just about ready to hit "post" when Single Girl hit a button. I don't know what button it was but poof...gone. My whole entry. Wow, talk about enough to make me pee on the floor or eat part of the couch. However, I was bigger than that. I told her it was ok, that accidents happen and that I would just retype it tonight. So.......
Single Girl was going to drop me off at Maggie's house on Monday morning. She told me that she had pep band that night so I would get to spend the day with Maggie and when she was done with work she would come and we would give Maggie her Christmas present.
My day was great! Maggie and I frolicked in the snow, chewed some treats, went on an adventure to Single Girl's work to deliver her some yummy smelling stuff (turns out it was coffee), frolicked more in the snow, took a short nap and then Single Girl came!!
I let Maggie open her present first. She loved it! I got her a box of Gourmet Puppy Cookies, a Candy Cane Chew Toy and a bag of "keep the puppy out of your hair" treats!
Then it was my turn. I knew it was my present because it was labeled "To: Runaway Stella From: Fence Jumping Maggie." Ha! Loved it! I gave that 4 paws up! With the help of Single Girl, I opened my first "official" Christmas present. I loved what was in the pretty colored paper...yummy chicken flavored candy cane, a fantastic squeek monkey (which I've already chewed the tail off of) and snow booties with reflective strips for when I go on a sniff adventure! I LOVE IT ALL! Thanks Maggie! I'm so happy to have you as my friend!
Oh and on a side note...Single Girl came home with a box that she said was for me. I have a feeling it might be that wireless fence that she was talking to me about after I ran into the street next to that moving truck. I wonder what this wireless fence thing is all about?
